(I), Safety:

1.Adopt inertization technology - nitrogen as drying medium.

Powder explosion: In the fluidized state (transmission, boiling, drying, pulverization), the powder is prone to generate static electricity, and form a flammable dust cloud in a relatively closed space, reaching the explosion limit, and electrostatic sparks will explode.

How to prevent dust explosions?

Inertization technology: It replaces, dilutes and purges the air in the closed fluidized bed equipment through inert gas (N2, CO2, water vapor), so that the oxygen content concentration is reduced to below 5% to 7%, preventing combustible dust Cloud formation to ensure the safety of the process.


2.Static Control and Static Elimination

The electrostatic cross-border and grounding of the equipment and the selection of anti-static materials, do everything possible to eliminate the static electricity that has been generated (see the diagram provided by our company for the electrostatic cross-connection method)

Static Control Technology

First of all: limit the production as the first priority, limit the flow rate, and select the appropriate stirring form;

Second: do everything possible to eliminate and remove static electricity.
